Pintade (Guinea Fowl) Large - Cobalt Speckled Sage

It’s difficult not to fall under the charm of Provence handicrafts. The Guinea Fowl or Pintades as they are known in France, are undeniably part of this category. These life- sized ceramic poultry with their generous stylised lines are made of clay and hand glazed. Each features a graphic, speckled cobalt on sage plumage that contrasts with their little faces. A family tradition initiated by Heidi Caillard 40 years ago has endured and has made the adorable guinea fowl a classic of its kind. Lovingly handmade in France.
