Located on Lanzarote, the Canary Islands’ easternmost island, Los Bermejos is operated by Ignacio Valdera, producing terroir-driven bottles from extreme climatic conditions and volcanic soils. Low yields give way to concentrated fruit, with all work completed by hand. Crafted from direct-pressed Listan Negro, the 2017 Rosado is refreshing and high-acid, with distinct minerality and a crisp, saline-tinged finish; exotic and thirst-quenching!
